For the 2nd order in a row, the driver did not follow instructions and left my food on the ground. I specifically instructed through the app to have face-to-face contact and a phone call upon delivery. When bringing the matter up with customer service rep Rodel, he would not refund the tip I gave the driver upon my request. The reason? Too many refunds processed to my account which was due to their lack of service. I am deleting the app/my account and am only leaving 1 star since I could not leave less. 0 stars in my book.
I am a long term customer and I had a delivery driver take a picture of my food in a parking lot holding my food that never arrived to my door step. It was $50 worth of food and 1 was a kids meal. The driver clearly stole my food as the app said delivered and there was no delivery so I simply called the phone number and all of a sudden it was out of service. Seamless offered me a $10 credit and my money back, meanwhile an employee or contractor stole $50 worth of food.
I wish I would have seen all these reviews before ordering thru Seamless. I placed a large order thru Seamless for a birthday party. I ordered a total of 6 pizzas and 4 breadsticks. None of these were delivered, and Seamless cancelled my orders. I sent a friend up to Little Ceasers to pick up the orders and then found out that someone from Seamless already picked it up. Terrible experience and ended up with 20+ people waiting another 1.5 hours for food. All Seamless did was offer me $0 delivery fees for the next 60 days.
I made on order through them restaurant couldn’t call me because they didn’t allow them to do that and they didn’t even bother to notify me about it. only part of my order was delivered which I didn’t want to be part. That is terrible
The worst delivery service I have ever used. No proof of deliveries, and no deliveries without the code. Beware, (even if you chose contactless delivery) you’d need to provide a code to the delivery driver and there will be no chances they leave your order in the right place (or leave it at all). The customer support can’t do anything about anything (they’ll keep telling that it’s your fault for not confirming the successful delivery without providing a code), which is impossible to do if you’re not at home. Never again. No refunds for undeceived orders, Money stolen. Had such a “great” lunch.
This service is unacceptable. I ordered food and it never arrived. The driver wasted 50 minutes and never delivered anything. In the end, I was left with no food and an empty stomach. I had to call customer service, and although I got a refund, that does not make up for the terrible experience. Seamless has proven to be unreliable and unprofessional, unable to accomplish the most basic task: deliver an order on time. It is a complete lack of respect toward the customer. Extremely disappointing — I would not recommend this company to anyone.
After ordering I got off my computer. When it was past the time for the order to be delivered (7:30) I went back on- line to look for a telephone number. What i found from Seamless was an email saying the order was canceled because the restaurant was closed. It was sent 10 minutes after I had ordered.I should have received a phone call about that.
