According to a lot of restaurants, seamless sends their own drivers to pick up food apparently ? So if they forget an item you won’t be able to get it resent. Their customer representatives suck, they just want to tell you they will refund you one item and only way to have the item resent is to order again with the restaurant... makes no sense. Stick to ordering food with the actual restaurants website as seamless does not deserve to take any percentage of the money you pay to get food if all they offer is lousy service.
