Ordered a couple of bottles of Anejo for a friend's birthday gift on 10/8/25 knowing it was two and a half weeks away. Plenty of time, right? Oh, how I was so wrong. 2 weeks later on it's scheduled delivery date of 10/22/25, I get a notice from the shipping company that the delivery date was updated to 10/29/25. Since that date was past the birthday, item would not arrive in time. Contacted Seelbach's customer service to see what was going on and if the new date was accurate and they stated, "Unfortunately, your order was sent back to us because of compliance issues with UPS."So they had compliance issues and chose not to inform the customer? I had to request info from them due to an issue they caused. Take it for face value but seems like bad practice to leave your customers in the dark.Now I have no gift for my friends birthday and will have to do some last minute shopping because Seelbach's couldn't inform their customers about not meeting basic shipping requirements which delayed the item.NOTE: if I could leave a review on their site, I would but they have removed that option on their website, SHOP, and Google. So convenient you can no longer leave reviews, huh...
