I look forward to my daily emails from Seelbachs, always something interesting. My most recent purchase had several issues with the shipping company, but contacting customer service always solves the problem quickly. A great place to find rare and unique whiskey, with awesome customer service!
Ordered a couple of bottles of Anejo for a friend's birthday gift on 10/8/25 knowing it was two and a half weeks away. Plenty of time, right? Oh, how I was so wrong. 2 weeks later on it's scheduled delivery date of 10/22/25, I get a notice from the shipping company that the delivery date was updated to 10/29/25. Since that date was past the birthday, item would not arrive in time. Contacted Seelbach's customer service to see what was going on and if the new date was accurate and they stated, "Unfortunately, your order was sent back to us because of compliance issues with UPS."So they had compliance issues and chose not to inform the customer? I had to request info from them due to an issue they caused. Take it for face value but seems like bad practice to leave your customers in the dark.Now I have no gift for my friends birthday and will have to do some last minute shopping because Seelbach's couldn't inform their customers about not meeting basic shipping requirements which delayed the item.NOTE: if I could leave a review on their site, I would but they have removed that option on their website, SHOP, and Google. So convenient you can no longer leave reviews, huh...
I ordered a bottle of Spiced rum and nowhere on the website or order was there any indication that I was not getting a standard 750 ML bottle. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the package and found a mini 375 bottle. VERY SHIFTY! I will never order from them again and suggest you find a more honest place to make your purchases.
This company is Great! They have put together not only a great company, website, & app with a great selection of spirits but they kept the human touch - which I think many other companies have lost. From the detailed descriptions of the spirits so you can make a great custom choice for yourself. But they continue with an follow up email thanking you for your purchase & and not in a mechanical short, inhuman email, but it’s sincere thank you for supporting the company email and then from there letting you know when the shipping labels made when your when your product was shipped and with this great experience, they’ve got a customer for life. I am happy to explore many spirits and options that they have to share with friends and family for years to come thanks. Great job Seelbach’s - Jon A
I have been dealing with Seelback since "Field of Dreams" whiskey was introduced. Blake was able to obtain one of the last shipments of the original year of the players series. The spirits that they carry are not the standard varieties you can find at your local liquor store, but are top shelf, at least, what I purchase.Any issues I have ever had, and there were a few, have always been handled quickly and very efficiently. And the apologies when I pick up at times included something a bit extra. The glasses are wonderful. Efficient and very welcoming staff.
Seelbach's has a great selection, great pricing and great customer service. I had made mistake on my order, emailed Seelbach's, and it was corrected right away. I have ordered multiple times for those reasons, and I will continue to. Thank you Seelbach's
In a recent order there was a warehouse mistake that didn't allow me to receive a bottle I had purchased because it had turned out to be out of stock. When I contacted Seelbach's about this they promptly offered to replace that bottle with something else and even paid the difference + shipping to make it right!
