I placed an order two weeks ago and have not received any confirmation that the order has even shipped at this point when the order email states 3-5 business days until it will ship.I have sent two separate emails to support and been ignored both times. It looks like they have some interesting things in stock, but I don’t plan on using them again after the poor customer service. Hoping I can at least get someone to give me a refund at this point.
