I bought a @SegwayInc @SegwayNinebot electric scooter on August 12, 2025. It broke after only 6 rides (6 days of use).Since then, I’ve: • Troubleshot with multiple live agents (chat + phone) • Been told it was the battery → Segway shipped me a new one → didn’t fix it • Been passed off to Segway Canada support, who reply once a day (if at all) • Asked multiple times for a supervisor, but was told that’s not possible • Now being told I need to ship a 100+ lb scooter at my own expense — unreasonable for something that failed in less than a weekThe scooter is still disassembled, broken, and unusable. Customer service has been terrible, and I’m being given no fair resolution.👉 @SegwayInc @SegwayNinebot: this is unacceptable.
