I am from Türkiye. I love Segway ninebot scooters but I am really having trouble finding spare parts. Segway does not sell parts in Türkiye and I can not find anything anywhere. I dont want to buy from China cause they dont guarantee anything. I hope Segway opens up shop in Türkiye very soon and ends this spare parts crisis.
Scam, its been a month still no answers from their supports. My brother bought one just used 2days and he went to accident they said its all terrain and all of a sudden he just slid and broke the scooter we sent all the proofs that they asking for but yet no answer been a month now.
Seg you have a warranty on stuff. You spend thousands of dollars, and they can't even tell you anything about their own products. They send you to service centers that aren't even Segway. I bought an electric scooter. I can't even buy tires. I can't buy brake pads. They don't even know what kind it takes or where to get it. How to get it. They make trouble tickets. They never contact you back. It's seriously like talking to a wall
I bought a Segway F3 PRO E about 4 days ago, hoping for very good quality and better range. You get around 50 km of range on a good day in Eco mode, but the problem is that it just feels like you’re slowing down traffic and riding something made for kids. If you need to go fast, you’ll maybe get 20–25 km in Sport mode, if you’re lucky.The front fork has an unusual amount of play, with clicking/tapping noises, and it feels quite wobbly both side to side and up and down. If the wobble and play were less extreme, it wouldn’t be as concerning, but the front fork moves a few millimeters less than the handlebars when turning. Yes, I’ve tried tightening the screws, but it didn’t help.Other than that, the scooter is quite quick and strong, with very good brakes and nice features. If you (Segway) have a suggestion or solution to make these problems less extreme, I would appreciate a response.
This company is the DEVIL. I really wished I checked here first. They sent me a broken new GT3 Pro. NO RETURNS! NO RETURNS! They wanted to send me parts to do extensive repairs on a factory new unit. Finally got them to do a swap. FEDEX stole the return and now Segway is playing the waiting game. It's past delivery time and it's still on the truck. Because of that FEDEX won't report it missing. I am out $3K with no way out. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. IT WILL NEVER COME BACK!
I bought a Segway GT3 Pro from Segway.com and tried to return it unopened. They wanted me to pay $550 in return shipping, a restriction that was never clearly shown at checkout. Be careful — their return policy is expensive and not customer-friendly.
I ordered two G3 scooters and what I thought was an external battery so I could have two batteries for longer distance. What I didn't see was the tiny print that the batteries where for a different series scooter and wouldn't work for mine. I contacted support to return them and they said they don't allow returns on spare parts. Whaaaaaat the f***!! It's also not a spare part it's an external battery. So beware, if you order something by mistake you're out the money and they laugh all the way to the bank. They should do two things to keep this from happening, 1. Review your order before hand and make sure what you are getting all goes together and will work. 2. On the website if you have scooters in your cart and you add an external battery or an accessory and it doesn't go with the scooter you are buying it should warn you. Because of this experience next time I order a new scooter it won't be from Segway.
I purchased a Segway scooter (order #101565385-D) on August 17, 2025. The scooter arrived damaged, and I refused delivery. Despite filing a service request, calling support, and sending emails, more than a week has passed with no replacement or refund. I simply want this resolved with either a prompt replacement or a full refund.
I ordered a new scooter from the official website. The scotter arrived scratched and damaged. The shipping box contained no protective packaging whatsoever—no styrofoam, no inserts, nothing. The scooter was loose inside the carton, which caused it to move around, tear holes in the box, and become scratched during transit. Emailed them - no reply.Order: 101565171-D
I bought a @SegwayInc @SegwayNinebot electric scooter on August 12, 2025. It broke after only 6 rides (6 days of use).Since then, I’ve: • Troubleshot with multiple live agents (chat + phone) • Been told it was the battery → Segway shipped me a new one → didn’t fix it • Been passed off to Segway Canada support, who reply once a day (if at all) • Asked multiple times for a supervisor, but was told that’s not possible • Now being told I need to ship a 100+ lb scooter at my own expense — unreasonable for something that failed in less than a weekThe scooter is still disassembled, broken, and unusable. Customer service has been terrible, and I’m being given no fair resolution.👉 @SegwayInc @SegwayNinebot: this is unacceptable.
