This company is the DEVIL. I really wished I checked here first. They sent me a broken new GT3 Pro. NO RETURNS! NO RETURNS! They wanted to send me parts to do extensive repairs on a factory new unit. Finally got them to do a swap. FEDEX stole the return and now Segway is playing the waiting game. It's past delivery time and it's still on the truck. Because of that FEDEX won't report it missing. I am out $3K with no way out. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. IT WILL NEVER COME BACK!
