I ordered two G3 scooters and what I thought was an external battery so I could have two batteries for longer distance. What I didn't see was the tiny print that the batteries where for a different series scooter and wouldn't work for mine. I contacted support to return them and they said they don't allow returns on spare parts. Whaaaaaat the f***!! It's also not a spare part it's an external battery. So beware, if you order something by mistake you're out the money and they laugh all the way to the bank. They should do two things to keep this from happening, 1. Review your order before hand and make sure what you are getting all goes together and will work. 2. On the website if you have scooters in your cart and you add an external battery or an accessory and it doesn't go with the scooter you are buying it should warn you. Because of this experience next time I order a new scooter it won't be from Segway.
