Cheza was very helpful! I appreciate the support I received from her. My scooter will be repaired free of cost. The reason for the 3 star rating is I wish that the repair process was more efficient. Partnering with Fedex/UPS would allow my scooter to be picked up and packaged rather than shipping me a box (waste of time, though I do not have a suitable box), having me package it, having to drop it off. The way Amazon does business, being able to drop off at UPS/Kohl's and not needing a package streamlines the process and makes it more enjoyable on the consumer side. On the manufacturing side, I wish Segway's parts were sturdier. My issue that I am undergoing is the fender snapped during normal use. Plastic breaking. Now I cannot use my scooter, which I use for commuting, for one month, an annoying interruption. I have had multiple folding hooks break in the past. Use sturdier parts so I don't have to replace them and even worse, interrupt my ability to use the product. I have only had the product for 5 months. Other than all of the above, I love the product.
