I am seriously concerned, when the alarm is triggered and the phone is answered, your staff answers with “is everything all right” that’s scary because if an intruder forces me to answer yes. I would like to suggest the following: alarm triggered, you call and open with ‘what is your pass code?’, and then the parties continue with conversation. Safety is the most important of having an alarm system, can see so many faults with your current operations. The quality of your current operation is poor compared to other systems, I chose Aarm Force for the great service offered. Learn from them and improve your quality of service.
