My knives are gone! Sharpenters provided an envelope that ruptured during transit and all of the knives were lost. The Company freely admits that this problem has occurred in the past yet they continue to claim that the provided envelope is sufficient to transport knives. Worse, Sharpenters did not offer to replace the knives and was quick to blame the USPS and directed me to some fine print on their website. Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and use someone local and stay away for this company!
