Completely honest review. Half an hour after owning my car the engine management came on. I rang them to explain and to advise I had my own mechanic who could check the code. Turns out nothing serious just a coding issue so kept in touch with them. It did come back up again and again reported it and they advised me to go to a local garage. When I tried to book in however the garage said they needed the code to show up so after a couple of weeks we will still don’t have the elusive code but then I noticed a water leak. It’s an Audi TT and I guessed water pump and there was a quite a bit of leakage. At this point I had owned the car 2 months. I rang up and they got the vehicle in straight away. Next day got a call the cars ready and it was the water pump. They have gone out of their way to help me on every occasion. Always talking me through issues and while yes the first day was a little disappointing I believe that there’s always issues and these were not the garages fault and even if they were they couldn’t have been any quicker to help me resolve them. I am very pleased with the sale and warranty repair and would definitely recommend Steve and Kevin who have been nothing but professional and offered what I feel is the best customer experience.
