I got my car on finance and the car was based here! We had an lovely experience from seening the car and collecting the car was all ready for us waiting and all inside was nice and clean! Steve was amazing he sorted out car tax before we left and we wasnt rushed whilst I was sorting finance out and car insurance! What a pleasure thank you 😊
This is an honest report on my recent purchase.Recently bought a car from this company and i couldn’t be happier with the outcome,good service from Kevin the salesman he was very knowledgeable and pleasant,the car came with a full year MOT with only 1 advisory and they fixed any other problems before delivery.I did not test drive the car and had to rely on these guys being honest and reliable before delivery to Scotland and they were excellent.I would recommend SCC to all.Thanks for reading.👍
Completely honest review. Half an hour after owning my car the engine management came on. I rang them to explain and to advise I had my own mechanic who could check the code. Turns out nothing serious just a coding issue so kept in touch with them. It did come back up again and again reported it and they advised me to go to a local garage. When I tried to book in however the garage said they needed the code to show up so after a couple of weeks we will still don’t have the elusive code but then I noticed a water leak. It’s an Audi TT and I guessed water pump and there was a quite a bit of leakage. At this point I had owned the car 2 months. I rang up and they got the vehicle in straight away. Next day got a call the cars ready and it was the water pump. They have gone out of their way to help me on every occasion. Always talking me through issues and while yes the first day was a little disappointing I believe that there’s always issues and these were not the garages fault and even if they were they couldn’t have been any quicker to help me resolve them. I am very pleased with the sale and warranty repair and would definitely recommend Steve and Kevin who have been nothing but professional and offered what I feel is the best customer experience.
I can not fault this place sold me a brilliant little fiesta even when it developed a fault they came and collected it in person sorted it out as fast as they could and they were more than happy to go out of there way for me I'll be going back for my next car
Never in my life have I dealt with such rude disrespectful people in my life and I work with children. You would have thought that having a business like they have, they would have a bit more respect for their customers,as for his wife she’s on another level, Rude is an understatement, Kirsty who works at the service centre, all she wants to do is argue with customers. Look back at some of the other reviews, unprofessional or what. I would advise you to not deal with this company. Unless you want to be constantly be blamed and constantly chasing things up with them I would advice you to avoid at all cost. AVOID AVOID
I saw just the car I wanted on website. Prompt and helpful response to my enquiry with straightforward answers and no pressure selling.Did everything as promised and car arrived exactly as described.Honest, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.
