0 starsI HAD THE MOST DREADFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS CHEATING COMPANY. I HAVE ORDERED TWO ITEMS.....after two months they arrived in my country but I had to pay 25 dollars in tax and fine because cozy paws did NOT write any company name nor sender address on the packet! and I (the customer) must pay for it and pay tax because of lack of information on the packet…...and when I did want to sent goods back (to return it to Cozy Paws) because quality was VERY poor and because I paid 25 dollars more on top of the 75 dollars (which is actually overprice as now i see other companies has the same goods for half the price) but Then cozypaws just write: We only take goods back if you send it within 30 days after the day you purchased!!! (the order day)...but how can one do this when I received the goods only after two months after purchased.....and on top of this the goods were damaged too because goods very poor quality and packed very bad.….so COZY PAWS has the worst (non existing) service ever...…..do NEVER purchase from COZY PAWS again…..NEVER....they just draw your money on the day you order…...and send goods with two months delay….and pack it so it will be damaged…with no company or sender name on....and then no possibility for returning it! CROOK...thats what cozy paws are.
