I have similar experiences that after payment they sent email reply which show tracking of shipment. Wrote to them n after 3 weeks they replied they will check shipment status . Wrote them few more emails but no reply This is definitely scam !!

Do not use this company. I also ‘bought’ the brush - paid in July and here we are in September- nothing - not even shipped yet. ‘Kara’ from customer service not able cancel order as it’s enroute - scam

Ordered, Paid, and no product receved

I placed an order a month ago and paid for it at the time. I received a tracking number straight away but the order still hasn't been shipped. The carrier website doesn't register the shipping number. I contacted customer support and they were incredibly slow to respond, eventually saying the order had been shipped (it still hasn't).

I have never received my order nor explanation

I don’t know if it’s the same site as this, but on 4th December 2023 I ordered 2 sofa covers, totalling €180. It is now 19th December and they are supposedly in transit. Tracking shows In Transit on 12th December. Nothing else to date. I was charged on 4th December. I have repeatedly sent e-mails which are ignored. I think I have been scammed.
