Ordered a pet bed Nov. 15. It is Dec. 11 and we have not received anything. I’ve emailed customer service several times. First I received an auto generated response with no follow up. The next time I emailed requesting a personalized response or I would have to dispute the charge. I received a cryptic email about shipping and tracking. Emailed again asking for a specific delivery date and have received nothing. I’ve given them every opportunity to provide a legitimate response and plenty of time to allow for shipping and delivery. I’m thinking there is either a problem with the company or the site is not legit. There is no phone I can locate. Very disappointed.
