I ordered a pet bed from this company 23 days ago... their website says “fast and free shipping” and that all items ship from their warehouse in Colorado. I received tracking info from China post, and when I asked about it, I was told that they were behind on orders and had to have them shipped from the manufacturer. I would have never purchased this if I knew it was not produced in the US. I have asked for a refund but was denied. The customer service was terrible and this company is dishonest and makes false claims. Buyer beware of this horrible company.
