Ordered during a sale for the first time, after a week inquired about when they expect shipping and they stated 5-15 business days. When I let them know its already been longer than the 5 business days if they had a estimate of when it would go out they stated they didnt but could refund me if I wanted to cancel. I then inquired how long a refund would take since it wouldn't make sense to cancel if the refund was going to take the same amount of time to go through as it would take to just ship it I never got a response.
