I say this for the experience with them in 3 years. The quality of the product is very good and the customer service but I don’t like is when I order something on line and they don’t send those pieces to me. I do bcz appear are in stock but I can’t understand why they don’t send me those pieces.

Their main strengths are the quality of the products (in over 10 years of business we didn't have to send anything back) and the extremely variety of the products and options.Recently, they introduced a 14kt gold earring line and add new items all the time. Hopefully they'll get into gold pendants, sets, rings, chains, etc...If you buy Silver, I strongly recommend Silver Palace, a very reliable company.
