I have worked with some other companies and would rate Brite Cap far above them. I was very pleased with my rep Sam Boyer. I never received calls back from other companies but Sam called me every time with no delays.
They are constantly sending me spam mail. Not only is it spam but they have the wrong name attached to my business. I had written another review then was asked by trustpilot to add more information. I’ve asked them to stop and remove THAT person and my business from their mailing list. It had been a few months, but it started up again. How they crossed that name to my business, I have no clue. On top of that, my business would never agree to those loan shark rates. These people tried to refute my claims of harassment. I saved the last spam letter I received and will post as evidence if Trustpilot lets me post a picture along with my review.Edit: This company sent me a message through Trustpilot. They want me to give them my personal information so they can remove me from mailing list. The last time I gave my information, they must have doubled down because I now get spam text and calls from different loan sharks a.k.a. “Capital Lenders”. I’d be happy to post a picture of the spam mail with my information blocked off. Capital Lenders like this are bottom feeders. They claim to have accurate credit reporting yet have my business name listed with an owner whose name I’ve never heard of. If they had accurate credit reporting they would see that I was already a victim of these predatory lenders. Accurate credit reporting through Dun and Bradstreet would have told them I filed for bankruptcy because I couldn’t pay the “Capital Loans” with the outrageous interest that accrues daily. If you get anything from this review I hope it’s that no one does business with “Capital Lenders”. The 3 capital Loans that “I qualified for” ruined my business so it’s pretty annoying to receive spam mail from lenders claiming that they’re ready to fund me same day. If it sounds too good, it definitely is. It feels good when the loan hits your bank account. If you’re taking out a capital loan, then your business is probably going through a rough patch. My advice is to tough it out and not fall for these legalized loan sharks. The daily and weekly authorized direct withdrawals from your bank will drain your account. They’re solution? Take out another capital loan to help pay the 1st one. I hope trust pilot lets me put up evidence that I am being honest and want to protect others from falling into these financial traps. I wouldn’t be on their mailing list if I hadn’t already been financially trapped by other loan sharks.
