Skin Etc and Kinerase,
I purchased 6 kinerase gentle daily cleansers (KI 220) from Skin Etc which were causing irritation of skin and eyes. The original order was 252531 and the Return Merchandise Authorization number was RMA #: R01285.
The product was returned with your instructions and FedEx confirmed delivery on July 22, 2014.
Since then we have had multiple emails to you and are awaiting our reimbursement or even an answer from you.
We are including kinerase here as you are possibly selling a faulty product using their name or kinerase should be aware that some defect products are circulating.
I requested manz times that they give me the refund to the original credit card.
