Based on the good reviews I saw online, I decided to try Skin-etc's service since my sister was going to be in US for a month and shipping would be free. However, the experience has turned me off completely for 2 main reasons. 1) The staff made an error and ignored my despatch instructions, causing much inconvenience and delay. What made it worse was the customer service side was not understanding and despite my explanation and request for help, no help was rendered to help rectify the situation. 2) There was no date of manufacture or expiration indicated on the products. On the eye cream that had an expiry date, there was only about 7 months left before expiry! When I emailed to ask about the dates, my email was ignored repeatedly (I wrote in twice).
This is really a very unpleasant experience since processing a refund would no doubt be as troubling.
