Good communication when I asked a question, easy ordering and prompt delivery, well packaged. Very pleased with actual process.However, the perfume I ordered - Climat eau de toilette by Lancome,smelled very differently from the original. I don't know if the composition has changed over the years, but this had an underlying chemical smell and the colour was bright yellow whereas the original used to be colourless. I am very disappointed at the waste of money as I cannot wear this and would not give to anyone else. All the packaging looked genuine, but the smell was unrecognisable. Sobelia sent me a prepaid label to return the item and refunded me in full, no quibble.
