When I sent in pictures they progresses to blaming it on me for not calling in my measurements, although I tried several time and only got a recording with no option to leave a message. Next was my fault for not taking boots off and cleaning everyday when I was following my Vets instructions for 4 days on 1 day off and I did check Velcro several times a day.
