I would rate it zero stars if that was an option. I ordered something on a Tuesday morning (7:45 their time) and paid the extra amount for two day shipping. Their website states they had over 400 pair in stock and would ship same day if ordered before 3 pm. Received an email the same day confirming my order and that I’d get another email with shipping info. On Friday (after expecting them Thursday), I called. Got a voicemail. Sent an email to request an update using the info from my order confirmation email. Get a response back from Lyndsey that she would check with the manufacturer since they were being shipped directly from their warehouse. Mind you, I didn’t order from TCK originally because they didn’t show enough stock in the size/design I needed. SEVEN days later I still had zero response until I left a voicemail requesting a refund. I received an email confirming the refund had been processed. No apology for no follow up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
