Customer service??? What a joke!

I would rate it zero stars if that was an option. I ordered something on a Tuesday morning (7:45 their time) and paid the extra amount for two day shipping. Their website states they had over 400 pair in stock and would ship same day if ordered before 3 pm. Received an email the same day confirming my order and that I’d get another email with shipping info. On Friday (after expecting them Thursday), I called. Got a voicemail. Sent an email to request an update using the info from my order confirmation email. Get a response back from Lyndsey that she would check with the manufacturer since they were being shipped directly from their warehouse. Mind you, I didn’t order from TCK originally because they didn’t show enough stock in the size/design I needed. SEVEN days later I still had zero response until I left a voicemail requesting a refund. I received an email confirming the refund had been processed. No apology for no follow up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Don’t order the outdoor tailgate chair

We ordered a tailgate chair which came in the wrong color. We had to send it back after going back and forth several times to find out how to do the return. Then we reordered chair in a different color. It broke after the second time someone sat in it. It was a $171 chair supposedly able to hold over 300 lbs!

Poor support and no product received

Well, I have no product. FedEx shipped my son’s very expensive football helmet to the wrong address - not your fault. After MUCH headache on my end dealing with FedEx, I found out it was being returned to you - again not your fault. I communicated all of this to you, got incredibly kind responses that sounded like when my helmet made its way back to you, you’d be getting it back to me. The last communication I received was “let me talk you our shipping person to see what we can do for you” and I was asked which shipping company I’d like to use when it did come back. A few days later I was getting a notification about a refund going through with no communication about my order being now cancelled. Once again, the burden fell on me to figure out what was happening with this order because I was not communicated with. I responded on the same email thread that previously said it would be coming back to me, to ask what was happening. The response was short and direct - yes, your order is cancelled and you’re getting a refund. You can repurchase the helmet if you want. No thanks. I needed this football helmet for my son who was already actively playing football. I paid for expedited shipping to ensure he got it in time for his first game. The shipping issues were out of your hand. The lack of communication about cancelling an order for no reason, and then putting the burden back on the customer to repurchase the product is bad on your part.

I purchased a catchers gear for my 11year old the helmet was too tight so when I started doing the return, I had to pay the return. When I took it to get it shipped they wanted to charge me $150 because I didn’t have a label for it. Called back and they created a label for me but I got $25 deducted from the refund, so they charged me to the label to return something brand new that didn’t fit my son. Then they took forever to refund my money back.

Purchased a helmet

The helmet I bought did not have a smooth finish. It was sticky and the clear coat was peeling off with in a week of arrival.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. If you need football gear use green gridiron. Sports Unlimited shipped me a scuffed up "NEW" $550 Football Helmet. I returned it and they claimed I caused the damage. The funny part is one of the scratches is so deep that it could only be done by some sort of machine as it didn't remove any paint. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY. Very poor customer service and they will blame you if they send you used equipment when you thought you were purchasing new equipment.
