I am giving this company 5 stars for a few reasons. 1. We have had many trampolines over the last 16 years but their one is by far superior and safer than any we've ever owned. 2. Yes it is expensive but with the 10 years guarantee- you definitely get your money worth of the trampoline. 3. Their customer service has always been friendly, helpful and polite. We had our trampoline for nearly 9 years now and it is still the most desired equipment in our garden.
