I would avoid buying anything from this company. They really messed me around. There are other companies selling the same product who I would go to first. The customer service was very poor for the following reasons:1. Nobody available to answer the phone for hours. It took till 3pm to get to speak to someone.2. Online chat not staffed despite saying the function is available.3. I was advised the trampoline that I ordered was going to be delivered, so I took the day off work to be available, nobody arrived. When I rang the company (took many hours to get to speak to someone) they advised that it should not have been booked because the item had not arrived in the UK yet! Apparently the person who booked it had only just started with the company so just shows the level of staff training! This company wasted a lot of my time and gave a very poor customer service despite me spending nearly £2000. I would never buy anything from them again.
