Every blind in my home came from Steve's. Two of my blinds quit working. So I made the mistake to order on line. When the blinds I currently have weren't available anymore I ordered a different type blind. When I received the blind it wasn't the color that it looked on line, plus they didn't fit the window properly. I left a message on the phone but no one called me back. So I called again and spoke with a customer service rep, I was informed that the company doesn't give refunds. I told the customer service rep that they should list that on their website. She said it was listed on the website. But it is not. I will be stuck with Two blinds I can't use. But I am currently building a new home and I won't be ordering from them again.
