Placed an order on 5/27. Received order confirmation, which said due to COVID, blind would not ship until 7/9. Ok I can live with that. On 7/11, I call as it does not show blind has shipped. They customer service person, then calls the plant to find that the material is on backorder until 9/25. They claim they do not know unless the call plant that it is on backorder. (So I check other blind websites that offer this same material...right on their website, that material shows as backordered. ) While the offer to help me find a new material, I am so angry I say just cancel. I have already waited 6 weeks, oh and did I say they had my money for six weeks?Receive an email on 7/16 that order cancelled and receive a refund within 72 hours. 12 days, no refund. So I disputed the charge directly with credit card company. Do not order from these people. If, in fact, they do not know when you order if items on on backorder, then for sure you shouldn’t do business with them
