Do not buy the mole trap, you'll receive a simple mouse trap!

I thought I was buying a mole trap (to be inserted into the ground), but instead I received a mouse trap which can be bought for 2€ and I was charged 35€! (including delivery).I emailed them immediately on the 27/06/2025 attaching the form for a return voucher and to date (after numerous emails), still no return voucher so no refund either!I'm extremely angry!

This company is a scam…

This company have turned into a scam company. They used to sell mole bait but now for the same price and without warning they send you a 50 cent mouse trap. AVOID!!!!!!

Sadly this product does not work

Sadly, this product did not work. I had a serious mole issue and religiously dug out the holes and put in the poison. This went on for months and in total I put down 2 000 pellets but still had living moles. They claim that each pellet kills a mole!! I only had between 8-10 moles in my garden (just over 100 mole hills). The product does not work. I asked for a refund and they kept saying it was being processed. Well, after 6 months of nothing being done I wrote this review.
