We purchased a Ona Facial brush with all the different attachments a little over 8 months ago. It was not part of our regular routine but was used perhaps once ever 10-14 days. We liked using it. When it stopped working recently, we contacted Tao. They required us to video tape executing 7 steps involving plugging in, charging and turning the product one. After we emailed them these videos, agreed that the product was not working properly any longer and they would organize replacement of the product. They then informed us us that we would have to pay for shipping out the replacement- $10. After confirming our address, they emailed shortly afterwards and said shipping would actually be $20 to us. Absurd. This product was defective. We already paid for shipping it to us. If the product had worked, we would not need another one. Why am I paying more to have the product I already paid for. They should have paid for shipping a replacement product to us. Poor business. I would recommend thinking twice before supporting this company with a purchase. They do not stand behind their products.
