Stay Away

Stay Away! Concept is good but I have had multiple of their products fail. If it's not the toothbrush, then it's the base.Reaching out to them is a total waste of time since they updated their customer service policy. What one customer service agent says, the other refutes. Very confusing and frustrating. Stick to the bigger brands.

We purchased a Ona Facial brush with…

We purchased a Ona Facial brush with all the different attachments a little over 8 months ago. It was not part of our regular routine but was used perhaps once ever 10-14 days. We liked using it. When it stopped working recently, we contacted Tao. They required us to video tape executing 7 steps involving plugging in, charging and turning the product one. After we emailed them these videos, agreed that the product was not working properly any longer and they would organize replacement of the product. They then informed us us that we would have to pay for shipping out the replacement- $10. After confirming our address, they emailed shortly afterwards and said shipping would actually be $20 to us. Absurd. This product was defective. We already paid for shipping it to us. If the product had worked, we would not need another one. Why am I paying more to have the product I already paid for. They should have paid for shipping a replacement product to us. Poor business. I would recommend thinking twice before supporting this company with a purchase. They do not stand behind their products.

Don’t believe the hype

Don’t believe the hype, being promoted by paid influencers, after paying 199.00 dollars it broke after 2 years, I contacted the company and I was promised a full refund as I’m based in the Uk and they would not send a replacement. Paying this much for a tooth brush you wouldn’t expect it to break in that short time. I have been contact by several agents all asking different questions, even though I had answered all the information, questions, sent pictures, sent my original order number and after 2 weeks of emails , I have just been refused a refund, even though I was advised I would be getting a refund. Poor customer service that have zero idea what they are doing, selling a defective product. I have gone back to using my £80 braun electric tooth brush that I have had for 7 years and it works way better. As I said don’t believe the hype.

Fantastic customer service!

Fantastic customer service!! I damaged my toothbrush handle and they are sending me a replacement. I even called at 9pm at night and got a live agent on the phone. 10/10! Amazing

Innovative products and excellent customer support

After hearing so much about their innovative products, I made my first purchase recently through TAO Clean's website. Their website is very clean (not cluttered) and easy to maneuver. Everything went smoothly and I received my items in a timely manner. Unfortunately, one of the product didn't work out for for me, so I needed to make a return. I sent an email to initiate a return request. Didn't hear anything by the next day, so I just called them directly. The customer support rep (Brooke) was very kind and understanding and took care of everything. It truly was a no hassle return experience and I am impressed with the quality of TAO Clean's customer support. Highly recommended!
