I went on holiday and my iPad accidentally fell and the screen cracked. This was on the 2nd day of my holiday. I love my iPad so was very upset that this had happened. I had gadget insurance with my travel insurance. Obviously so glad that I had. I uploaded all the required documentation to Taurus on their website. My iPad is 4 years old so was worried that I didn’t have the original proof of purchase but luckily I found it in my archived emails. Taurus approved my claim a couple days later. Said that I can go to the apple Genius Bar and get it repaired. I went to the Genius Bar but was told it was not in stock as it was an older model. They advised me to contact apple care. Apple care dealt with the replacement . Only thing here was I had to send my broken iPad to them and upon receipt and inspection they replaced it with another iPad ‘like for like’.I uploaded all the paperwork and now my claim is shortly due to be paid. I can’t fault Taurus. I contacted them a few times as my claim had to be processed online with apple and not with the Genius Bar. The staff were very helpful in regard to what documents I needed to send. Thank you Taurus
