I had a strategy call that seemed to turn into a high-pressure sales call. I only have 2,000$ and the guy told me it wasn't enough to start out with. Not only that but it wasn't even enough for training. He was telling me to get a loan from them. I'm not making that much on SSDI. I don't want to get a loan, and I'm not. This seemed like a bait and switch, because on their YouTube channel they keep saying you can get into tax foreclosures with very limited funds. They just lost a subscriber. It did however push me to finally get my membership at TAX SALE SUPPORT. They seem better. And they aren't as pushy as DH, even though they do have a mentorship program to.
Tax Lien Certificate School; Josh and Cameron are top notch. Their knowledge and experience is not superficial. Their patience and teaching of the process certainly saves from making very costly mistakes. I walk away from the auction and training knowing that I can do this and anywhere that I decide to do this.
For years I had hoped for a genuine team such as this to come across my path. They are out on the front lines daily with great content and a true attitude of service. I attended the latest Houston auction with Joshua and Cameron. The participation with action is what I needed to build my confidence. First week working with these guys. God works in mysterious ways. After watching numerous videos on YouTube I took a chance on myself & I'm glad I did. They're very organized when it comes to their students & down to earth. Thank you guys for everything & its just the beginning!!!
Finally, a group that understands how coaching works. I came here after a rough experience with the US tax lien association honestly expecting the same thing, I was pretty damn nervous. Joseph had good energy while being incredibly friendly and Saul was really good help in letting me know my options and reassuring me. The price is reasonable at first but glad I pulled the trigger with him. The modules and education are nice, very informative, and when ever I had questions about my upcoming auctions, I got the support I needed from the coaches. On my 4th month now, no complaints. I'm sitting on 5 properties hoping they don't redeem but I absolutely wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the help from these folks. On top of that, big fan of AI tools and they have one.
I have been looking at a bunch of "experts" online and they all want huge money upfront for what these guys sent me for free.... Free ebooks, free online courses....... before you go spend any money on seminars and 3 day weekend classes..... you should check this out!
My partner and I were looking forward to learning more about Dustin's program. I had an initial discovery call with Joseph who was very professional that led to the follow up call with James Norman to discuss their coaching program in detail. Very quickly it became obvious by the line of questioning by James that this was a "one call close" scenario. He explained that after walking us through the program, if we were not able to make a decision within 5-10 minutes of him finishing, we would not be allowed to join the program ever. I don't know if this is a directive from above or if this guy is just a rogue pushy sleazy sales agent but I don't understand how anyone can do business that way. My partner got offended by how James was pushing and questioned him, which led to James stating "This will not be a good fit" and literally hanging up the phone on both of us. I've never been on a call like that. Shame on this agent and the company for handling their business like this. We've since joined another program and take every opportunity to share what an awful experience we had on that call with that sales agent. I wish I had recorded the call to show others how not to run a sales call and how to 100% ruin a brand.
Spoke to a Bobby, who was very disorganized about scheduling and acted as a qualifier for their $12,000 class. They have an extensive sales pitch to abstract personal info from you. Very shady!Also, a guy by the name of Brandon ( claims to be a Executive )says“ I have been with Dustin Hahn for several years, it’s been a journey“ These guys are full of puffery. What a waste of time! Sales Clowns!
