I had a positive initial experience with the customer service both in store and at home for a $12K job. However, things took a turn for the worse once they realized I was moving out of the area. They provided a quote for additional work that included tiling a small entryway at an astronomical price. When I questioned the quote, they bundled the entryway and kitchen together, exceeding our budget. Instead of addressing my concerns, they responded formally and coldly, without any explanation. It seemed like they didn't listen to our requests or pay attention to what they had previously sent us. Additionally, they consistently sent quotes and invoices to another family member who traveled frequently, despite my multiple requests to have them sent to me in-store. It's clear that our future business was not valued, and this experience has made it difficult for me to recommend Taylor One Huntsville. My advice is not to inform them if you're moving, as they seem to prioritize long-term residents and disregard others.
