I used to love TGI Fridays but it went downhill so not been for a few years so thought we’d try it again but my recent visit was really underwhelming. The food quality has gone downhill and it’s nowhere near as good as it used to be. Portions were noticeably smaller, and it felt like they’re cutting corners with cheaper ingredients. For the price they charge, I expected far better – it felt overpriced for what we got.I also couldn’t help but notice the restaurant wasn’t very busy at all, which makes me think others must feel the same way. It’s nothing like the old days when it was always lively and worth the trip. Sadly, it has lost the value and quality that made it a great place to go.
