Best smoothie company out there! I have been ordering smoothies through Frozen Garden for several months now, and have never had a bad experience, or bad smoothue! There was a shipping delay recently with my order (not Frozen Gardens fault). I had reached out to see if the smoothies were still safe to consume if they were slightly thawed, and they immediately sent me a whole new order, free of charge. I had my replacement smoothies that week! This is by far the best customer service I have ever recieved, they were kind, responded quickly, and made sure I had a safe quality product. Wonderful company!
I love Frozen Garden and am so glad I found this company! This is such a great way to get my daily fruits and veggies in, while actually really enjoying the taste as well. So convenient and easy without the hassle of buying a chopping up ingredients. I have my second shipment on the way and I got my mom to join in and order her first box too.
I’ve just started ordering from Frozen Garden couldn’t be more happier. I like to put a sweet n low packet in mine brings a little more sweetness in the smoothies delites and fusions also some unsweetened almond milk in the smoothies and delites. I highly recommend ordering from here. Online ordering to package being delivered was fantastic literally was two days. Thank you Frozen Garden.
this is the best company ever. Checks all the boxes. Clean eating. Whole fruits and vegetables packaged perfectly. I use 2 packages to get a bigger meal and keeps me full and the weight down. It is really the ONLY way to get enough fruits and vegetables in my diet with my busy and hectic schedule. I make 2 smoothies, take them to work, drink for breakfast and lunch. It fills me up but in a good way! Now they have the deserts which are awesome. Some time you just need something with a little feel good flavor. Now instead of grabbing the ice cream or chocolate malt, I grab something that is less guilt ridden. These folks have figured it out and I have tried so many home delivery services. This is the only one I've stuck with. Their smoothies are part of my budget!!
I love the taste of the smoothies, and I'm really happy with the delivery service, how they're packed, etc. I have one big issue, and that is that I cannot change my order on their website. I have tried on multiple browsers, phone vs laptop, but it just spins as I try to remove an item. Says it's looking for shipping rates, I believe. I can let it sit there for an hour and it never stops spinning. So the only way I can change it is to email someone. They are very nice and take care of it for me, but it's not convenient. And I've noted to them that it's happening, but it's not getting corrected. The other thing I would like to see if more low-carb smoothie options.
