I love the taste of the smoothies, and I'm really happy with the delivery service, how they're packed, etc. I have one big issue, and that is that I cannot change my order on their website. I have tried on multiple browsers, phone vs laptop, but it just spins as I try to remove an item. Says it's looking for shipping rates, I believe. I can let it sit there for an hour and it never stops spinning. So the only way I can change it is to email someone. They are very nice and take care of it for me, but it's not convenient. And I've noted to them that it's happening, but it's not getting corrected. The other thing I would like to see if more low-carb smoothie options.
