Worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a gift for my husband and it arrived in the most awful condition- full of dirt dust and cobwebs- clearly, it had been sitting for a LONG TIME and had not been cared for. The twinstar which cost 52 came damaged and so dirty the box wasn't even white anymore. I emailed the customer service on the 23rd of August and 22 days later no reply or acknowledgment. When I phoned Green Machine and asked why no one got back to me, the person on the phone with the customer service skills of a dead rat said its not his job. I was told its normal to have dirt on stock and there is nothing wrong with it. When I explained the state the twinstar was in I was told its not their problem it wasnt like that when they sent it to me. When I asked for them to follow up with the courier company I was told its not my problem. If im not happy I must incur the cost to send it back which is not refundable. SO pathetic, useless
