My Sons insurance went up from £60:00 a month too over £100:00 per Month.When I questioned a individual about my Sons insurance, she actually questioned whom I was Actually speaking about.I informed this obviously not a pet owner that my Son was a four year Labrador who is my PTSD BOY who has actually saved my life since, he was a Eight weeks Old Puppy.A loving caring Kennel Club Black Labrador.I will post a further update on how I was hanging on a phone line requesting my Sons Registration to be put on a Stud List. There are many issues with the kennel club granted however I wanted to highlight 1 lady in particular who has gone above and beyond to assist me. MARIE on the help desk has been second to none and made everything so much easier in what has been a stressful time getting my overseas dog registered. Gemma from the import team was also very lovely.
Appalling, never answer their phone or reply to email, hundreds of complaints on Facebook with no response. They have a monopoly on pedigree dog registrations in the U.K. and appear to be totally unregulated- where is “Ofdog”?Avoid if you can, but you may not have any choice, would have given 0 stars if I could.
