Appalling, never answer their phone or reply to email, hundreds of complaints on Facebook with no response. They have a monopoly on pedigree dog registrations in the U.K. and appear to be totally unregulated- where is “Ofdog”?Avoid if you can, but you may not have any choice, would have given 0 stars if I could.
