I ordered a large bag of puppy food on 22 March 2020 and have still not received it. The cost was £50 Be warned do not order from them.28 April 2020 I contacted Pay Pal yesterday as I still had not received the goods. Today Pet Express have fully refunded the cost of the puppy food via Pay Pal. They say that my order had got lost in their system.
