I placed an order online, one month later still hadn't received it but had been charged and order still said confirmed. I emailed in asking if my order would be shipping soon and received a response asking to confirm my address and I did so right away and then nothing....I checked the status another week later and it said order cancelled and they refunded my cc but did not even let me know. This is the second time this has happened to me on this site, the first time I assumed the items were out of stock but they did not even let me know either time, just cancelled with no notification. I ordered the first time with no issues so didn't expect this and the very least they could have done was let me know.
