Liars and Cheats! DO NOT ORDER

worst worst WORST company to deal with. Ordered in January and sent a few follow up emails. They finally sent an email late April saying their order was seized at the border and then offered me to either wait for the next shipment, and had to wait on the refund queue as people were doing charge backs on their credit cards. It's late July now and still haven't received a refund. SUCH A FRAUDULANT COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Recieved item frozen solid and lid was…

Recieved item frozen solid and lid was leaking was told that it is not covered do to the cold climate that I live in and freezing most likely caused leak and will not be receiving replacement product or my money back was actually told to shake and use it I understand that the leak could of possibly been caused by freezing but how do I know it wasn’t faulty to begin with or was broken during shipping it did take a month to get here so check the weather before ordering make sure it’s not to hot or not to cold lol they did offer me 15% off my next purchase witch I think is admitting some fault won’t be needing that won’t be ordering from this company again still can’t get over the fact they told me to shake and use an open product a skin care supply company what a joke

I wrote before that they didn’t answer almost a month. Actually, they replied I got a refund and products for free. I was surprised.

Order cancelled with no explanation

Placed an order and a few days later received an email stating my order was cancelled and being refunded with no explanation. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times for an explanation of why my order was randomly cancelled and have received no answer. Incredibly unprofessional and will never shop on this site again.

it is legit, but shipping/customer service needs some work

originally, I thought I was going to be ripped off, but eventually, I got my product. Needless to say, their shipping/customer service needs some work, but I can at least say, it's not a scam.

Unfair seller

There has been a fraud of my credit card information on this site due to the theft of my credit card information. The company employees did not want to help me, although I immediately wrote to the support service. Their goal is to make more money, they don't care about customers, they are rude.
