Extremely misleading and terrible customer service. Don’t buy a monthly lift pass.We bought a family monthly lift pass at significant cost to then find out when trying to book a session that we couldn’t ski at the weekend without paying £58 extra due to an event.When buying the lift pass the website doesn’t say anything about this and in fact clearly says you can ski “each day” “for one low price”Their customer service just says it’s in their terms and conditions!Complete false advertising in my view.Be careful before booking anything!
