Lee C, the trainer from Hemel Hempstead was elite. This is my 3rd lesson and I’ve never felt more confident with a trainer. Legendary guy, good experience and expertise, funny attitude and always allowed us to make mistakes and learn from them in the most patient and nicest way possible. Real real solid session, can’t rate the place any higher, and also can’t rate my trainer higher! Thank you

Extremely misleading and terrible customer service. Don’t buy a monthly lift pass.We bought a family monthly lift pass at significant cost to then find out when trying to book a session that we couldn’t ski at the weekend without paying £58 extra due to an event.When buying the lift pass the website doesn’t say anything about this and in fact clearly says you can ski “each day” “for one low price”Their customer service just says it’s in their terms and conditions!Complete false advertising in my view.Be careful before booking anything!
We had the best experience! My 3 year old has started a block of lessons with Adam and he was brilliant with him. He totally got the brief of just keeping him smiling and having fun and learning at the same time. We can't wait for our next lesson!
Disappointing customer service. I booked a ski lesson for my children aged 10 and 8 who have only skied a few times in lessons here. I wasn’t told at the time of booking that half the slope was going to be moguls. Our instructor said to us it’s very difficult to teach with half the slope not being accessible and spent half the lesson just watching my two descend the slope rather than giving them active instruction. A waste of money for the lesson and it wasn’t cheap!
We are regulars (snowboarding) at the snow centre and it is a fabulous place to go. A monthly lift pass is great value and means you can go when you like. The monthly pass includes “freestyle Thursdays” which has jumps, rails and boxes set up, with helpful instructors giving tips, and features suitable for those just starting freestyle as well as much more challenging ones which are great to watch the action on! Massive thanks to coach Rob who regularly makes our evening with his enthusiasm, insightful coaching and endless encouragement- we come away always with big smiles and cant wait to come back.
great 5 hour beginners session with Daniel. very busy at times but he always managed to find us space. really great teacher, went from not being able to stand up to fully able to control the board in 5 hours. explained everything really well in a simple way and built skills from the beginning to make it easier. really highly recommend
My daughter had a 1:1 session with Adam Mills one of the ski instructors He was fantastic - my 14y old daughter had her reservations but by the end of the session she was smiling and thoroughly enjoyed her lesson. Thank you Adam and thank you to the great facilities at the snow centre. Booking a session was no problem - on the phone the people who answer are more than happy to help and explain things. At the restaurant the server saw I was using a walking stick and was so kind to take my drink to the table for me without my having to ask.Excellent instructor excellent centre Thank you !!!
