Disappointing customer service. I booked a ski lesson for my children aged 10 and 8 who have only skied a few times in lessons here. I wasn’t told at the time of booking that half the slope was going to be moguls. Our instructor said to us it’s very difficult to teach with half the slope not being accessible and spent half the lesson just watching my two descend the slope rather than giving them active instruction. A waste of money for the lesson and it wasn’t cheap!
