Really disappointed, with the amount it costs for a lesson and all of the hire we were told it would be 5 children per lesson. We booked a group lesson of 5 due the fact that one of our twins is on the spectrum and she sometimes does not do well with crowds. We thought as it is advertised as 5 per lesson it would be great.3 lessons were grouped together so it was in fact 15 children per lesson. Raised our concerns which were flat out denied. We took pictures of our children in the lessons as any parent would and it clearly showed 15 people per "lesson". Rude management, not empathetic whatsoever. Continued to say that the other instructors helped each other out, even though the children were doing the same thing as the others. Hence grouping them all into one lesson which was not 5 in a group as advertised.
